Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Compressor Cleaning Agent for Bibiyana South 400MW CCPP.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit the following Documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1. Update Income Tax Return Certificate, Vat Certificate, Trade License.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods.
3. The tenderer must submit both valid/updated license for supply and carrying of chemicals through competent authority of Bangladesh.
4. The Tenderer must have at least 01(one) satisfactory completion of similar works experience of supplying “compressor washing liquid chemicals” value of a minimum amount of Tk. 25,50,000/- (Twenty-Five Lac Fifty Thousand taka), in any power plant within last 2 years.
5. Tenderer must submit manufacturer authorization from respective Manufacturer and also need to submit SIEMENS approval copy of offered product.
6. Tenderers must submit 1000mL sample of Compressor Cleaning Agent Chemical one day before tender closing date in office of the Executive Engineer, Bibiyana South 400 MW CCPP, Parkul, Nabiganj, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.
7. Tenderer will have to submit declaration to supplied chemical new and unused
