Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer should have 3 years of experience in BD market.
2. The Tenderer shall provide at least 2 Satisfactory Completion Certificate of advertising in the government/semi government organization/private company in the last two (02) years.
3. The Tenderer must submit NOA and Experience certificate of honoring a single tender of min Taka 10 Lac of advertising in the government/semi government organization/private company.
4. The Tenderer should have the Bank solvency Certificate. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15 Lac.
5. Up-to-date Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate, Tax clearance certificate of the financial year 2021-22 (with payment slip) and VAT Registration/ BIN certificate.
6. Tenderer shall furnish the average annual turnover at least 10 lacs (sum of 30 Lac in last 03 years).
7. Valid documents having office / Sub office in Chittagong for instant support and service.
