Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in IT shall be 05 (Five) years.
The Supplier must submit NOA and Completion Certificate of honoring 2 tender each of minimum Taka15 (Fifteen) Lac on of Supplying IT and related equipment in the last two (02) years in the government/semi government organization with e-GP Tender ID.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 30 Lacs (Thirty lacs) over the last 03 (Three) years.
The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 14 Lacs (Fourteen lacs).
The Supplier must submit Up-to-date Trade License, Valid TIN Certificate, VAT Registration/ BIN certificate, with return certificate of the financial year 2023-24.

Authentic Authorization Letter/ Distributor Certificate from OEM (Local Manufacturer will not be accepted).
Valid documents having office / Sub office in Chittagong for instant support and service.
Tender Document containing insufficient / incomplete information will be rejected.
Furnishing of any false, fake & forged document or information by a tender shall result in rejection of his tender and may lead to forfeiture of Tender Security and action against tender under regular of PPA 2008.
