Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works(RCC Retaining/Guide wall cum boundary wall) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.130.00 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (Incase JVCA Specific experience certificate be considered to percentage of JV Share of Details of Works completed).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 180.00 Lakh over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 65 lakh. Incase of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW(a) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate (2023-2024) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-2024).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018 & 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018.259 Dated: 03.10.2019. etc more memo no are attached in TDS. According to the above memo, it his/her prvious work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered as non-responsible.
