Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in supply, installation, commissioning of machineries & equipment and construction works al least a single contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 70,00,000/-(Taka seventy lakh) . The work experience should only be in Govt./Semi govt./Autonomous organizations.
2. The Required Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 90.00 (Taka ninety ) lakh over the last three years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.22,50,000/- (Taka twenty five lakh fifty thousand) only
4. Bank Statement / Credit Line as per e-GP format as proof of minimum amount of liquid assets
Special Instructions:
The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents:
1. Valid trade license with up-to-date renewal (2023-24)
2. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date income tax certificate (2023-24)
3. VAT registration certificate with BIN and up to date IRC Certificate
4. Must be submitted up dated ABC Licenses with supervisor certificate.
