Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the
following documents:
1) Updated trade license (2025-26)
2) Updated Tax payment certificate (2025-26)
3) Updated VAT registration certificate
4) This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer(s) who has/have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work at least Tk 10.0 (Taka ten) lakh in a single work order in BINA Head Quarter within last (five) years.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit line facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 12 (Twelve) lakh from any scheduled Bank.
