Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tender should have the followings
This invitation for tender is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences,Latest income Tax return receive certificate, valid e-TIN certificate,VAT, Bank solvency,Nationality certificate,Authorization letter.
2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract, under the applicable law.
3.Tenderers must have similar chemical import licence/ genunine chemical production factory agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 2(Two) similar supply experience as per ITT clause 15.1 & 22 otherwise tender will be non- responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000gm/1L each sample before 16-04-2024, in office of the chief chemist, Bibiyana south 400MW CCPP,BPDB,Habiganj, in a suitable jar/bottle/packet to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in the specification in tender documents otherwise tender will be non- responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS& PCC.
7. Tenderes must submit a written commitment to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.
9. Tenderes shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring entity will reasonably request.
