Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have the followings
This invitation for Tenderer is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences,Latest incume Tax certificate,Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate,Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderer shall haTenve the legal capacity to inter into the contract,under the application Law.
3. Tenderer must have similar chemical import licence/ genunine chemical production factory's agent documents.
4. Tenderer must have at least 1(one) similar supply experience,otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit 1000gm/ 1L sample before 28-09-2025, 14.00 in office of the chief chemist Bibiyana south 400MW,CCPP, Habiganj in suitable jar to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification of Tender documents otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.
6. Tenderes must fulfill the requirements of TDS& PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the procuring Entity as the procuring Entity will reasonably request.
10. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
