2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Minimum average annual construction turnover should be greater than Tk. 2.5 ( Two point five) lac over the last 05 (five) years .
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.5 ( One point five) lac.
5. Should have a satisfactory completion of similar work experience of at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) lac under single contract.
