Eligibility criteria:
1. Established Experienced First Class Contractor/ construction firm of Bangladesh Power Development Board/ Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous bodies.
2. The intending Tenderer Must have upto date valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax Clearance certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. Minimum average annual turnover in last 05 (Five) years proceeding the date of submission of the tender is not less than Tk 7 (Seven) lac .
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.50 (Three point five) Lac.
5. Should have satisfactory completion of similar work experience of at least 4.0 lac under single contract.
