Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be ten (10) years.
Tenderer will ensure that there was no debarment record within ten (10) years.
Tenderer must have successfully completed Acoustics related work in 2 (two) numbers of 500 seats Auditorium.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 10 Crore single/ 5 Crore 2 (two) Contracts/ 3.5 Crore 3 (three) Contracts of Similar Goods (Sound System, Digital Display) and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The Tenderer shall certify that the product supplied is of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The Tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 10 (ten) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The tenderer must have ABC Category and Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board.
The Tenderer must provide company profile and CV of all Technical personnel.
The tenderer shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet (Attached to Section-6, Drawing Section).
Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, three years audit report, Certificate of Incorporation, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
