Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 7500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 6 (Six) years of experience in the relevant business including an IT-based profession.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of similar goods and related services.
The Tenderer must have completed at least three (3) similar contracts within the last three (3) years in Government/Semi-Government organizations, Banks, Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or UGC-approved Universities, including at least two (2) global support and one (1) local support contracts; 
The tenderer shall submit technical specification compliance sheet along with reference datasheet.
The tenderer shall have sales & service centers in nearest places as if after calling they can provide support within maximum 5 hours.
Copy of Work orders & work completion certificate awarded in last 3 years. Similar type of experience certificate has to submit with Tender Document.
The Tenderer must have at least one Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in this RDBMS.
The bidder should have a minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in providing non-consulting services.
The entire proof document submitted with the tender document should be clear and visible and value should not be removed.
The Tenderer must demonstrate proven experience in receiving foreign remittances for database related support and services, supported by relevant documentary evidence.
• Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
