Eligibility criteria:
(a) Updated Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN, NID, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, (b) Minimum General Experience-5 years (c) Minimum Similar Experience-5 years with two contract price value is 3 crore 36 lakh (d) Minimum Supply of Mobile therapy van or similar vehicles 3 pcs last 5 years in a single work order (e) Minimum Liquid Assets or working capital shall be TK 3 crore 84 lakh (Bidder must be submitted bank statement or credit facilities letter from the scheduled bank) (f) Price Quoted for lot shall correspond at 100% (g) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 5 years (h) Manufacturers Authorization is required (i) Required financial standing, such as profit and loss statements, audited balance sheet shall be past 2 years (j) tender validity period is 90 days(k) Minimum Supply of production capacity of mobile therapy van with equipment’s are 5 pcs. PSI must require 3 persons selected by the PE offices. If PSI will not possible then PLI will be done. PSI expenditure will be deduction from the bill when PSI not be possible. So mention must how much money need for the PSI. If Manufacturer wire house is Bangladesh then present vehicle position of manufacturer store must be highlights. The bill will be paid subject to receipt of funds from the government.Number of works currently running,Joint venture,tender capacity and turn over etc must be mention by letter.
