Eligibility criteria:
(a) Updated Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN, NID, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, (b) Minimum General Experience-5 year (c) Minimum Similar Experience-5 years with two contract price value is 4 crore 90 lakh (d) Minimum Supply of therapy equipments 50 pcs last 5(five) years in a single work order (e) Minimum Liquid Assests or working capital shall be TK 5 crore 60 lakh (Bidder must be submitted last six month bank statement or credit facilities letter from the scheduled bank with Satisfactory Transaction). (f) Price Quoted for lot shall correspond at 100% (g) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be current or during the last 5 years (h) Manufacturers Authorization is required (i) Required audited reports past 2 years with DVC number (j) tender validity period is 90 days(k) Minimum Supply of production capacity of therapy equipments are 215 pcs.(K) If PE wants to be required Some items as a sample before the opening time or evaluation time tenderer must be directly submit to the PE office. (L) PSI required 3 persons selected by the PE offices. If PSI is not possible due to any reason, the prescribed amount for PSI will be deducted from the bill. The amount of money required for PSI should be mentioned in the letter along with the proposal. Port Landing Inspection(PLI) may be conducted in special cases if PSI is not done. (M) Bills will be paid subject to receipt of budget from the government. (n) “Local bidder has to be ISO/EU or equivalent Certificate and with varified”. (o) “Local bidder has to be ISO/EU or equivalent Certificate and with varified”.
