Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of civil works contract(s) of similar nature, construction successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomus organization of Bangladesh i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh over the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.00 ( Fifty) Lakh
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK 75.00 ( Seventy Five) Lakh
6. Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade Licence Certificate, up-to-date Income tax certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate
7. Tenderer Must Submit up to date ABC supervisor licence from the electrical Licensing Board
