Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract(s) of similar construction work of Tk. 9.00 (Nine) lac in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) year.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of BDT 10.00 (Ten) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 7.5 (Seven Point Five) lac.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 9.5 (Nine Point Five) Lac .
