Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of General experience in the supply of
Crokeries items, Goods and related services.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor of similar nature of goods, (Crokeries) i.e. any crokeries
manufacture successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least
Tk 7.00 (Seven) Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of
IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to
be submitted as follows:
(i) In case of crokeries supply under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall
be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of crokeries supply any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the
certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly
verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose
jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PG2-5
format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 8.00 (eight) lac.
iv) The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade license, 13 digit e-BIN and Income
TAX certificate, PWD enlistment certificate.
