Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 10 (Ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of RCC building including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore in single contract under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8 (Eight) Crore in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
iv) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2.0 (Two) Crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive).
v)Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents: a) Updated income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate with 13-digit BIN, Updated PWD enlistment certificate, Updated Trade license, Updated ABC supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (in case of JVCA, either Lead Partner or other partner must have)
vi) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.7.50 (Seven and Half) Crore. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
