Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.

Eligibility criteria:
N:B: The tenderer must readout the tender documents before the tender submission
a) "Letter of Commitment for Bank's undertaking for line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" This form should be used for Liquid Asset and issuing Date must be before the submission of tender and Bank Statement is not allowed.
b) Tenderer must submit the Declaration letter of 0% progress/no pending work in his/her firm pad with date, seal and signature.
c) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
d) The Bidder who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be non-responsive for this tender.
e) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be correcte/included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
f) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing all type documents.
g) If corrupt, fradulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, the measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of STD.
h) Construction Turnover will calculate aggregately (cumulatively) for all ID on this IFT.
i) If a contractor wants to increase the number of completion certificates (For Past Performance Evaluation Matrix) by repeatedly using the same completion certificate, it will be canceled outright without any reason.
