Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electrical
Equipment works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor
shall be 05 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in
the newspaper].
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in Establishment of 400 KVA Electrical Substation at least
1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction
technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with
a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh ( Ninety Lakh Only). [years counting backward from the
date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The required average annual Electrical Equipments Turnover shall be greater thanTk
250.00 Lakh (Two Crore Fifty Lac Only) over the last 05 (Five) years.( Only Payment
Certificates are Acceptable) .Years counting backward from the date of publication of
IFT.
4. The tenderer must have minimum Liquid Asset / Credit Facilities /Working Capital of
TK. 80.00 Lakh ( Eighty Lakh Only) BDT of any scheduled bank within the period of
invitation of tender (PW3-7 Format). JV Partner Liquid Asset Individually Submitted.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 100.00 Lakh ( One Crore Only).
6. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board,
GoB.
7. Must submit Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
8. Must submit 500 KVA Transformer Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory
From (IEC Standards) Type Test Certificate (Within Last 05 Years From IFT).
