Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall be-
1. A supplier or an authorized representative/agent of any enlisted TIER-1 PV module manufacturing company for supplying of PV module. In case of authorization one manufacturer can authorize only one bidder and authorization letter to be submitted along with the tender.
2. Suppliers/Tenderer must have at least 5 (five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) general experience as supplier/trader in supply of goods and related services.
3. Suppliers/Tenderer must have 3 (Three) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) specific experience of satisfactory completion for supplying, installation and commissioning of 1- 2 (one to two) cusec capacity's solar Low Lift pump irrigation pump system. That contract valuation must be minimum 9.50 crores in a single contract in any Govt. /semi Govt. /Autonomous organization.
4. The average annual turn-over of the supplier/tenderer will be minimum Tk. 10.0 crores.
5. Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 10.0 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
6. Tenderer must have update trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.
7. Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i e. Motor-pump, solar panel & auto motor controller/inverter, each one piece) in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the sample submission has to attach with the tender document.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
