Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Five (05) years of general electrical works such as Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sub-Station Equipment’s experience.
b) Satisfactory completion of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Sub-Station Equipment’s with a value of at least Tk. 80 (Eighty) Lakh having single completion certificate within last Five (05) years under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the Works done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the Works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PW2a-3) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh.
d) The tenderer must posses:(i) Up-to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(iii) Up to-date Trade License.(iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) Site Visit Report with Detailed work plan duly signed by concerned Site Engineer not below the Rank of Sub-Divisional Engineer must be submitted with the Tender.
f) Details work plan and approved drawing and design must be submitted with the Tender.
