Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as contractor of Same nature of work amount of BDT 60(sixty lakh) at least one (2) contract successfully completed within the last 3 years under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
b) The Tenderer must posses:
c) (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
h) (v) Up to date PWD Enlistment
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitents, is BDT80(Eighty) Lac
e)The tenderer must submitt Approve Plan, Drawing,Single line Diagram of this specific work.
f) Annual Construction Turnover has to be BDT 120(One hundred twenty) lac during last 5 Years.
g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
g) Tenderer must submitt Plan, Drewing of this particuler work and duly signed by the autherised officer of PE.
h)Tenderer must submitt site visit report by the autherised officer of PE.
i) Manufacturer autherization of(TV & Router and sound system & UVS system)letter must submitt .
