Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 483333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 483333 ~ 1450000.

Eligibility criteria:
Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.
A satisfactory completion of Furniture supply/maintenance or similar works of at least Tk. 3.0 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.8.0 lac over the last 5 years.
During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.75 Lac (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW-2a). Please see section 7 for PW2a-3 form.
Minimum Tender Capacity should be 4.00 lac.
The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
