* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2400000 ~ 7200000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 16.00 lac under 1 of contract(s) over a period of 5 years shall be required.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.0 lac over the last 5 years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15.00 Lac (Must be submitted in the Form PW2a-3 from any scheduled bank, otherwise tender may be considered as non-responsive) (without addition or alteration) (CPTU STD PW-2a). Please see section 7 for PW2a-3 form.
e) Minimum Tender Capacity should be 20.00 lac.
f) The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2025 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed.
