* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 55000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 55000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum Seven (07) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The specific experience of the tenderer is satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (Similar goods means similar technical and functional charateristics, asmentioned in section 5 : Technical Specification and Compliance of goods and related services) with a worth of Similar goods (Laboratory equipment’s) amount of BDT 160.00 Lakh (One crore and sixty lakh taka) under 02(two) contracts within last 03 years. in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies/UN organization/Development Partner with evidentiary/provendocuments. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the competent authority with mentioning signatory details. Years counting backward from the date ofpublication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 170.00 Lakh (One crore and Seventy lakh taka)
