Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 15 crore. The tenderer should also proof his experience in completion of composite and/or steel structure establishment of total at least Tk. 15 Crore in last 3 years. Work completion certificate should be submitted in BPPA prescribed format with documentary evidence from govt./Semi govt./Autonomous organization.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15 Crore over the last 3 years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 15 Crore.
The required Technical Proposal shall include the following additional information: Realistic Work Plan to complete the Contract in 90 Days.
