Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Construction works of Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, which with a value of at least Tk. 3 (Three) Crore.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Three (3) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.1 (One point one) Crore.
5. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equipments, in full working order as follows : As required for this works.
