Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Civil Works (Building Construction, RCC Internal Road, Gardwall etc.) of Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, which with a value of at least Tk. 80 (Eighty) Lac.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1.76 (One point seven six) Crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35 (Thirty Five) lac.
