* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/Trading House will be not be accepted.
The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW (Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe and 6 inch diameter Stainless Steel Strainer of minimum Tk.2.50 Crore under single contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
The tenderer shall submit a sample of 1.00-meter 14-inch outer diameter API 5L Grade-B ERW ((Electrical Resistance Welded) MS Housing Pipe and 1.00-meter 6 inch diameter Stainless Steel Strainer with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
