The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1600000.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2000000 over the last 03 years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1100000.
The minimum tender capacity shall be: 2200000 TK.
Tender security less than 3 percent
The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT 78500.
Total Duration 6 months (180 Days).

Valid up-to-date Enlisted certificate with 1.3/1.4 Category under petrobangla or its companies.
