Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Up to date VAT, IT and Trade license certificate.
b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the pure water supply works like filter and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years..The minimum specific experience as bidder in filter water supply of at least 1 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 lakh.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 lakh
d) Bank statement showing Liquid assets must be issued within 15 days of publication of tender or Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be unconditional. Any other format is not acceptable.
e) After Opening, the tenderer will have to submit a sample of each item. This will be verified by the committee during evaluation of the tender. If submitted sample accepted by the committee and provided the other documents are ok then the tenderer will be responsive. Otherwise it could be non responsive.
f) Manufacturer authorization and assurance certificate of supply of spare parts for next 01(One) years to be provided.
g) Minimum Tender Capacity should be 4.40 lac.
h) Necessary Civil and Renovation works should be done as per site condition and requirement.
i) The Provisions laid down in the “PPA & PPR-2008 including latest all amendment” and STD will be Followed
