Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 27500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or
Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful
completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 80.00 (Eighty point zero zero) Lac. in a single contract in
Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.
300.00 (Three Hundred point zero zero) Lac. Payment certificates / Net Bills of last 5 ( five) assessment years shall
be submitted by the Bidders / Consultants must be issued from NBR/Tax office.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 (Eighty point
zero zero) Lac.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 85.00 (Eighty Five point zero zero) Lac.
6. The tender must possess:
(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license
(iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
(v) Attested copies of documents mentioned in Sl. No. (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) are to be submitted
