Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 48000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 48000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature Works successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 1.00 (One) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
4.The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years of Tk 1.20 (One Point Two) Crore.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer as mentioned in ePW2(A)-8 shall be Tk 0.80 (Zero Point Eight Zero) Crore.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 1.20 (One Point Two) Crore.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
c. Deduction of VAT & IT shall be deducted from bill payment as per NBR instruction.
d. Valid manufacturer's authorization letters for each of the proposed equipments.
