Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Government organization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
A. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years.
B. Similar nature of work means completion of R.C.C. frame Structure building valued at least Tk. 21.00 (Twenty One) lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/ NOA and completion certificate. Private Works or works done by any Developer or Real Estate Company will not be considered.
3. The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lac over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT . Average annual Construction turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 29.00 (Twenty Nine) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK. 27.00 (Twenty Seven) Lac.
6.The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
