Eligibility criteria:
1. To submit e-Tender renewed updated enlisted contractors in any Government organization who are registered in the National e-GP System portal (http//www.eprocure.gov.bd) will be eligible.
2.Update Trade License, Update TIN and VAT certificate.
3.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/repair of Building works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the News Paper.
a. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/repair works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years. b. Similar nature of work means completion of construction/repair works valued at least Tk. 2.00 (Two) lac in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/ NOA and completion certificate/Payment certificate.
4. The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 5.00 (Five) lac per year over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. Average annual Construction turnover completed under public sector shall only be considered.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be TK. 2.00 (Two) Lac.
7. Due to any shortage or inappropriate of submitted tender documents in e-GP system by tenderer will be rejected any stage of evaluation
N.B. Selected Tenderer must have provided pre-work and post-work photography and videos with submitted bill.
