Eligibility criteria:
Qualifications:
1.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in supply, installation, commissioning of machineries & equipments and construction works at least two contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 12 years, each with a value of at least Tk.1.90 (Taka one point nine zero) crore only. The work experience should only be in Govt./Semi govt./Autonomous organizations.
2. The Required Average annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (Taka ten) Crore only over the last three years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.3.36 (Taka three point three six) Crore only.
Special Instructions:
The Tenderer will be treated as non-responsive due to failure to submit the following documents:
1. Valid trade license with up-to-date renewal (2023-24)
2. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date income tax certificate (2023-24)
3. VAT registration certificate with BIN and up to date IRC Certificate
4. Must be submitted up dated ABC Licenses with supervisor certificate.
