Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 ( Ten) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building Construction work of Tk 17.00 (Seventeen point Zero Zero) Crore in a single contract in Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five point Zero Zero)Crore. Payment Certificate(s) submitted by tenderer/bidder must be issued by NBR/Tax Department.
5. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.50 (Four point Five Zero) Crore.
6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 20.00 (Twenty point Zero Zero) Crore.
7. The Tenderer must submit with Tender
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.
c. Only submitted payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.
