Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall have:
a) General experience of 03 (Three) years.
b) Valid trade license (FY: 2024-25).
c) Valid tax clearance certificate (Tax year: 2023-24)
d) Valid VAT and TIN certificate.
e) Up to date ABC license & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
f) Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Generator of minimum value TK. 12.00 Lakh in a single agreement in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization within last 05 years (From the date of IFT).
g) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned district.
h) The Liquid Asset i.e working capital or Credit line (s) (Form PG2-5) of the tenderer shall be of minimum value TK. 20.00 Lakh of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender.
i) Valid Manufacturer's Authorization letter for the proposed generator.
j) Submit valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
k) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject in part or full of any or all tenders at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
