* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer :
a. Reputed construction contractors/Firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of General experience in construction works.
b. Having experience in successfully completion of at least 01(one) number of Works of TK 20.00 lakh in last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi- Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
c. The tenderer must have minimum liquid Asset/Credit facilities/working capital of TK. 20.00 lakh BDT of any schedule bank within the period of invitation of tender and submission of tender along with bank statement.. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (PW2a) mentioning the name of the work. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
d. Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 85.00 lakh .
e. Tenderer who possessed : i) Valid trade license (Up to date) ii) Up to date VAT registration Certificate iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate iv) NID card.
f. Tenderer having bad report of repair works undone are not eligible for evaluation.
g. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
h. The procuring Entity shall have the right to correct/modify the description/quantity of items before entering into agreement.
