Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333333 ~ 400000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 01 contract of Similar nature building construction works successfully Completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least TK.960 Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 16 crore over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual constructin turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 600 Lakh (must be in the form of PW 3-7 in original form).
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk.1300 Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License from Office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
7. Any duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
8. Any false information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Tenderer’s Disqualification.
9.The tederer must submit a manufacturer authorization letter from reputed manufacturing company of generator as per BOQ of tender document.Otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
10.Wining tenderer must maintain pro-rata progress.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
