* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5500000 ~ 16500000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GP system meeting the following criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05 years of general experience of construction works.
2. The Minimum specific experience as a Prime/Sub/Management contractor in construction works of at least 1 Nos of similar nature Construction works successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk. 42.00 Lakh (Forty Two Lakh) in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 136.00 Lakh (One Thirty Six Lakh) in the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital (in e-PW2a-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 30.00 Lakh (Thirty Lakh).
5. The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall have Tk. 45.00 Lakh (Forty Five Lakh).
6. The Tenderer must enclose BIN certificate, Up to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate and Up to-date Trade license.
7. All other conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-Tender Document must be Fulfilled.
