Brief Description of Package: Procurement of River Side Channel Dredging at intake pump station side for Bhola 225MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall submit updated trade license, updated tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.
2. Tenderer must have 3 (three) years of general experiences of works.
3. Tenderer must have atleast 1 (one) year of experiences in removing sludge or semi-liquid clay/soil from the bottom of any floating pump station at any river.
4. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 600000 under a single contract within 3 years shall be required.
5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 700000 any 3 (three) years in the last five (5) years
6. Tenderer should have The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line from any scheduled bank net of other contractual commitment is BDT 700000 (Five lakh only)
7.The dredging silt should be dumped at a high place at a distance at least 100 meters away from the Pontoon.
8. Providing safety of worker for this perticular work must be ensured by Tenderer.
