Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 283333 ~ 850000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Color scan copy of Valid Updated Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Latest income Tax return submission Certificate.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 200000.00 (Two Lakh)
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 300000.00 (Three Lakh)
5. Tenderer must submit BSTI / BCSIR approval Certificate of the respective supplying goods for fire fighting.
6. Must have Valid Fire License from the Department of Fire Service and Civil Defense.
7. If any damage of man or material occurs during execution of the work will be born by the bidder.
8.If Any complicacy or dispute (arises) will be solved as per tender documents.
