Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1250000 ~ 3750000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract of similar nature of Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk.10.00 lakh.(work order & completion certificate must be submitted)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 Lac within the last (05) Five years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (Financial year wise separately turnover should be submitted)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 09.00 Lac only.In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
e) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license,VAT-Registration certificate,TIN-Certificate and NID.
f) If the work value is equal by the bidders, the winning bidder will be selected through Evaluation points.
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
