Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (03) three years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of Construction Works from public Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (03) three years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 20.00 lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than tk.1875000 over the last 03 financial year.
d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the tenderer shall be tk.1250000.
e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC
