* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.

Tenderer shall submit the following additional documents:
1 The Supplier should have certificate as manufacturer. 2 Own outlets and Service Centre list and location of its name in all division & Minimum 50 outlets in all over Bangladesh . 3 Detail Brochures with picture and dimension of every item must be submitted. Otherwise rejected. 4. Gist of machine and equipment (Jointer Planer, Thick chain Planer, Sizzle mortiser, Circular Saw Molder Machine, Two-in-one Jointer & Thicknature machine, Three in One Jointer-Thicknature-Circular machine and Four in One Jointer-Thicknature-Circular-Straight Molding machine. Chemical Treated Machine, Wood Seasoning Machine, KILN Dry wood seasoning machine. mig welded, chemically de-rusted and zinc phosphate coated machine. oven backed heated powder paint machine. Automatic edge bending machine for Melamine Faced Chip Board with PVC edging. Mig welded for Mild Steel. Lacquer Finished color facility) within their factory territory must be attached with picture. 5. Membership Certificate of Furniture owners association. 6. Certificate of successful Delivery & Installation related furniture in 10 Districts at more than 40 points in Bangladesh under a single work order using public fund. 7. In evaluation stage, offered furniture sample will be visited. If sample furniture does not find satisfactory to TEC, concern tender will be rejected. 8.Size and other important parameters and major materials used should be written In the Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG3-4), otherwise concern tender will be rejected. Model number (if any) also need to be mentioned. 8. Bed, F.S. Table, H.S. Table, Chair With Handle, Computer Table along with Chair, Improved Chair, Dining Table with chair, Almira, Sofa Set items offered should must be available in Manufacturer website, otherwise concern tender will be rejected.
