The Contractor should take enough safety measures and bear all the responsibility regarding the safety of his workers and other people during the work time.
The quantity of work may be changed or become zero, and non-schedule item may be included according to the advise of Consultant and PD. The bidder should abide by such changes. Price of such item to fix as PWD rate schedule, Quoted rate and Market analysis.
