* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 90000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30000000 ~ 90000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub - Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 ( Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 2.50 (Two point five zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 8.00 ( Eight point zero zero) crore. Payment certificates shall be submitted by the bidder must be issued from NBR/ Tax office.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.30 (One point three zero) crore.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.70 (Two point seven zero) crore.
6.The tender must possess:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
