* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All e-GP tenderers/suppliers of Bangladesh are Eligible to participate. (Trade License, Tax Payment Certificate, Vat Certificate must be updated for 2023-2024).
2. The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 2,00,000/- (Two Lac taka).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80,00,000/- (Eighty Lac Taka) and the document of liquid assets will be submitted as per ITT Clause 17.1(d).
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in completing similar type of assignment is at least Five (05) years (supporting documents likes Work Order, NOA, agreement, etc. must be submitted).
5. Prime contractor to have minimum 05 years of experience in organizing VVIP’s outdoor programme both in VVIP’s physical presence or through VTC. Contract Value of at least one of those assignment/programme has to be over Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (Taka one core) (supporting documents to be submitted).
6. Prime contractor is to have the experience of organizing minimum 03 (three) VVIP’s assignment/programme (National events, Events of Armed Forces/Paramilitary Forces/Police etc.) within 05 (five) years (supporting documents to be submitted).
7. Tenderer to have skilled human resources to complete the assigned task. All designs and planning must be submitted with 3D view.
8. Any item mentioned in the tender schedule may be cancelled/reduced according to the importance of the program if the Academy authorities think so.
